Enter the walls at the Pile entrance near Onofrio's Fountain as soon as you arrive. Walk the full circuit before 10:30, when cruise groups peak.

Walk down Stradun to Luža Square. Visit the Rector's Palace (included in the Dubrovnik Pass) or the Franciscan Monastery.

Lunch in a side street north of Stradun or oysters at Kamenice on Gundulić Square.

Exit through Ploče Gate and take the cable car up Mount Srđ (about 5 minutes' walk from the gate). Allow 60–75 minutes.
